- 2,5 oz of gin
- 1 bar spoon of granulated sugar
- 0,75 oz of lime juice
- 10 raspberries
- 10 mint leaves
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: 1 mint bunch and 1 lime wedge
- Pour all the ingredients into a Highball type of glass, except for the sparkling water.
- Using a muddler, crush the ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a mint bunch and a lime wedge.
