  • 2,5 oz of gin
  • 1 bar spoon of granulated sugar
  • 0,75 oz of lime juice
  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: 1 mint bunch and 1 lime wedge


  • Pour all the ingredients into a Highball type of glass, except for the sparkling water.
  • Using a muddler, crush the ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Top up with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a mint bunch and a lime wedge.
