Sweet beau-tea

  • 2 oz of whisky
  • 3 oz of Orange Pekoe tea
  • 1,75 bar spoon of granulated sugar
  • Garnish: lemon wheels and a mint bunch


  • Pour all the ingredients and the lemon wheels into a glass of your choice.
  • Stir with a bar spoon until the granulated sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes and stir again.
  • Garnish with a mint bunch.
